Founder/Head Coach
In 2016, after years of honing his craft with various AAU programs, Coach Kareem transformed his vision into reality by founding Boys2Men. More than just another basketball organization, it became the embodiment of his philosophy—a program crafted with precision and purpose.
As both Director and Coach, Kareem brings a rare dual perspective to Boys2Men. He shapes the organization's strategic direction while remaining deeply invested in the day-to-day growth of his players. His infectious smile and ready laugh create an atmosphere where young athletes thrive, but make no mistake—beneath that warm exterior lies an unwavering commitment to excellence.
Coach Kareem's standards are crystal clear: nothing less than 110% effort will do. He sees potential in every player that walks through the door, and he refuses to let them settle for anything less than their absolute best, both on and off the court. While his players are perfecting their crossovers and jump shots, he's working tirelessly behind the scenes—building relationships, creating opportunities, and ensuring each young athlete has the platform they need to succeed.
A master strategist with a golden heart, Coach Kareem represents everything parents hope for in a youth basketball coach. His dedication to the game is matched only by his loyalty to his players, making him not just a coach, but a true mentor in every sense of the word.

George Holmes
Director/Head Coach
With an electrifying presence that lights up every court he steps on, Coach Holmes has been a beating heart of Boys2Men since its inception in 2016. His remarkable journey through D1, JUCO, and high school basketball coaching has shaped him into an extraordinary mentor, but that's just the beginning of his story.
A gifted teacher of the game, Coach Holmes has transformed countless young athletes through his dynamic skills clinics and training sessions since 2008. His own path to success—earning All-ECC honors at Queens College after an outstanding career at Suffolk Community College—stands as inspiration for every player he mentors.
As Boys2Men's assistant director, coach, and mentor, Coach Holmes brings an exceptional blend of passion and wisdom to the program. His steady leadership, deep basketball expertise, and unique ability to connect with young athletes have made him instrumental in our mission. Through his guidance, we're not just developing better basketball players—we're shaping the leaders of tomorrow and turning Boys into MEN!!!
